Terms of Service
Last updated: August 4, 2026
These terms apply to MuseDial, a music player for iPhone. By using MuseDial, you agree to use it responsibly and only with audio, streams, libraries, and services you have the right to access.
1. License
MuseDial is licensed for use on supported iPhone devices for personal or business use. The license is personal, limited, and non-transferable, except where sharing is permitted through Apple distribution features or required by applicable law.
You may not copy, resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, lend, or reverse engineer the app except where permitted by law.
When MuseDial is distributed through the App Store, Apple's standard End User License Agreement and applicable Apple usage rules may also apply unless a separate license is provided. Apple distribution features such as Family Sharing or volume purchasing may provide additional usage rights under Apple’s applicable terms.
2. Availability
MuseDial is distributed through the App Store in supported countries and regions. Features, availability, requirements, pricing, and regional access may change over time.
3. Trial and purchases
MuseDial may offer eligible users one three-day trial of the complete app experience.
The trial begins only when the user chooses to start it and lasts for 72 hours. It does not renew automatically, does not become a subscription, and does not result in an automatic charge.
When the trial ends, access to MuseDial’s full functionality will pause until the user completes a lifetime purchase or restores an eligible previous purchase. Existing settings, imported sources, and locally stored configuration may remain on the device.
A lifetime purchase provides ongoing access to the complete MuseDial experience for the Apple Account used to complete the purchase.
Users who purchased MuseDial before it became a free download will retain lifetime access, subject to successful verification of the original App Store purchase.
Prices and currencies are provided by the App Store and may vary by country or region. The price displayed by the App Store at the time of purchase applies.
Trials and purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refunds, billing, purchase eligibility, and transaction processing are subject to Apple’s applicable policies and terms.
4. Your music and sources
You are responsible for the music files, stream URLs, library content, metadata, artwork, and other content you use with MuseDial. You should only add content and streams that you are allowed to use.
5. Apple Music and ShazamKit
Apple Music and recognition features depend on Apple services, system frameworks, permissions, account state, network availability, and regional availability. MuseDial is independent and is not affiliated with Apple Inc.
6. Local data and backups
MuseDial is designed with local-first behavior for local audio and app data. You are responsible for your device, your backups, and any audio files or stream URLs you want to keep.
7. Changes
MuseDial may change over time as features are added, removed, improved, or limited. Updates may also change availability, trial access, purchase options, or system requirements.
8. No guarantee
MuseDial is provided as-is to the maximum extent permitted by law. No software can guarantee uninterrupted playback, perfect metadata, complete recognition results, or compatibility with every file, stream, device, or service state.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MuseDial and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-data damages arising from use of the app.
